We are looking for an administrative assistant for a company in the medical sector in Hoeilaart.

Your tasks:

-You provide secretarial/administrative support across all areas and levels of the organization.
-You create purchasing orders and new vendors.
-You screen incoming calls and mails, maintain diaries and handle confidential matters.
-You arrange business travel, coordinate meetings and support agenda management.
-You track expenses and prepare presantations and departmental reports.
-You handle translations.

Profiel

Your profile:

-You have very good knowledge of English and good knowledge of Dutch
-You have good knowledge of Word and Powerpoint
-You have minimum 3 years' of relevant administrative experience
-You are flexible and organized
-You have a positive mindset

Aanbod

The company offers full-time (or 4/5th) employment until the end of the year.
Afterwards, it will be possible to continue working part-time or 4/5th.
The workplace is easily accessible by public transport (train station nearby).
