As a Channel Business Manager, you will be responsible for managing and developing indirect sales channels.
You will collaborate with resellers, distributors, and other business partners to drive growth and optimize sales performance.
In this role, you act as a strategic advisor, supporting partners in expanding their business while ensuring alignment with company objectives.
You will build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and provide guidance on market trends, business development, and sales strategies.

Supporting partners in the sales cycle and assisting with business planning and forecasting.
Partner Management
Developing strong and long-term relationships with channel partners.
Acting as a trusted advisor to influence strategic decisions, sales planning, and resource allocation.
Ensuring partners fully understand their role, responsibilities, and growth opportunities within the collaboration.
Supporting recruitment, retention, and development of the partner sales force.
Evaluating partner performance and implementing improvement strategies.
Market Strategy & Execution
Understanding the local marketplace, key industry players, and competitive landscape.
Promoting the company’s value proposition and aligning it with partner business models.
Driving channel development through strategic business planning and execution.
Ensuring operational excellence and adherence to company-wide channel management standards.
Decision-Making & Accountability
Managing key business decisions related to pricing, marketing budgets, and service models.
Providing market insights and recommendations to improve sales programs and partner engagement.

Profiel
Proven experience in channel management, business development, or indirect sales.
Strong financial and business acumen with a deep understanding of partner ecosystems.
Proven ability to influence, consult, and drive strategic decision-making.
Experience in the SMB market and familiarity with managed print services is a plus.
Strong ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
Strategic mindset with a focus on long-term growth.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to analyze market trends and adapt strategies accordingly.
Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage.
