We are looking for a customer care employee for an international company based in Zaventem, specializing in printing solutions. You will be responsible for resolving customer queries, recommending solutions and guiding our customers through our product and service portfolio.

It is a mission of 4 months.

Your tasks:

-You process customer orders received online or via email.
-You help clients with questions about their machine and give a proper solution.
- You ensure that orders are forwarded to the right parties.
-You keep customers informed throughout the entire process.

Profiel

Your profile:

-You speak English fluently.
-You have a minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in customer care.
-You have experience working with ERP systems (preferably Salesforce).
-You are client-oriented and focused on delivering excellent service.

Aanbod

Offer:

-A temporary mission of 4 months'
- Meal vouchers worth €8 per day.
- Flexible start time between 8:00 and 8:30, with a 38-hour workweek.
-The possibility to work remotely two days per week.
