We are looking for a customer care specialist for an international company based in Zaventem, specializing in printing solutions. You will support the full sales cycle: from order entry to order delivery, including solving delivery and quality challenges, to managing customers account details, updating pay-out, credit limit or requests for new equipment/product, etc.
Your tasks:
-You process customer orders received online or via email.
-You create and organize these orders.
-You make certain orders tailor-made.
-
You ensure that orders are forwarded to the warehouse so they can be prepared and delivered to the customer.
-You keep customers informed throughout the entire process.
-If there are outstanding invoices, you ensure the order is not processed until the invoices are paid. This includes contacting the customer to settle the payments first.
Profiel
Your profile:
-You speak English and Polish fluently.
-You have a minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in customer care.
-You have experience working with ERP systems (preferably Salesforce).
-You are client-oriented and focused on delivering excellent service.
