One of our clients are looking for an enthusiastic customer service representative to join their Southern team and contribute to their mission of getting vehicles back on the road quickly and efficiently.

Your responsibilities:

- Deliver first-line support for international breakdowns: Assist customers across Europe with their issues and address their concerns promptly.
- Maintain consistent communication with dealers and customers: Ensure that all parties are continuously updated on the progress of repairs.
- Collaborate within a dedicated team: You will be part of a team that is committed 24/7 to providing the customers with the best possible support.

Profiel

Bachelor thinking level.

Fluent in English, French & Italian (minimum B2 level).

Flexible in working hours: Working in a full-time system is not a problem for you; rather, you enjoy the variety.

Early and late shifts: As you will be working outside regular public transportation hours, having a driving license is necessary for commuting to the company independently.

Aanbod

Fixed contract fixed term.

- Working hours: 7.5 hours per day, 37.5 hours per week.
- Full time schedule with rotation of weekends and night shifts every 6 to 8 weeks.
- Work from home policy: 50% after training period.
- Vacation days: 20 days.
