What will you be doing ?
For our Client (P&G B.I.C.) in Strombeek-Bever, we're looking for an HR Employee.
The main objective of the job is to support the HR Research & Development (R&D) team with different tasks and projects. Below is a list of the first tasks/projects you will be working on:
• General support: help with administrative tasks, provide guidance on day-to-day questions from employees, prepare presentations for the team and the organization.
• Personal Development Day – help to organize the yearly training day for the full R&D organization. Guide the trainers, help with the right set-up, prepare materials, take pictures.
• Onboarding program: send e-mails to managers of new hires, a welcome email to new hires, keep the onboarding SharePoint up to date, and help to prepare and improve the current onboarding session for new hires.
• Tracking – help the team with reports (attrition, new hire lists, headcount, promotions, medical leaves).
• Recruiting – prepare reports and update status, help talent supply schedule interviews.
These are only a few tasks/projects, other tasks/projects will be added during the assignment.

What are we looking for?
• HR experience between 2-5 years is a plus, or experience in project management.
• English fluent (required) – Dutch is a plus.
• Digital skills - good knowledge of Excel. Good knowledge of Office 365.
• Proactive attitude
• Very strong follow-up and administrative skills
• Adaptability
• Empathy

What do we offer?
