As a Support Engineer at Fnac-Vanden Borre, you will be the first point of contact for all IT-related issues, providing technical and functional assistance to end-users. Your main responsibilities include processing support requests, managing end-users and industrial hardware, and providing communication between IT and end-users.

Profiel
Process support requests and log them in the ITSM application
Providing support over the phone and manning the walk-in desk during office hours
Implementing solutions for incidents
Monitor open tickets with involved vendors and solver groups within Fnac-Vanden Borre
Register, replace, and monitor repairs of end-user and industrial hardware
Provide communication between IT and end-users for major incidents and planned interventions
To succeed in this role, you will have:
A Bachelor's degree in IT or equivalent qualification
First-hand experience in IT support (junior positions are acceptable)
Good general IT knowledge
Basic knowledge of networks, ICT hardware, and the English language
Fluent in both spoken and written Dutch and French
Customer-oriented, results-driven, excellent communication skills, stress-resistant, open-minded, and flexible
