Team/division description:

The Brand Strategy & Communications department in Toyota Motor Europe is responsible for the strategic development and operational implementation of brand and/or model campaigns. As the project leader, you manage the creation of the marketing communication assets for a new model launch.

Your responsibilities:

- Manage agencies & the campaign process, align with the internal key stakeholders
- You manage both Above The line and Below The Line communication assets
- Lead the development of the communication strategy and translate it into a creative idea
- Follow up on the production of assets for the various consumer segments and channels
- Ensure a timely delivery and distribution of campaign assets to the National Markets
- Ensure production budget efficiency & quality through production audits and reconciliations
- Run PDCA of your model campaign performance
- You are in regular contact with the National Markets, also managing ad hoc requests for your projects/models
- Monitor and report regularly on your project budget
- Follow up on purchase order process and invoicing

Profiel

Your profile:

- You have a Master's degree in related field
- You have previous experience in Marcom strategical position
- You have excellent Project Management skills
- You are pro-active, autonomous, and willing to be a team player in an international team
- You are stress resistant able to work with multiple internal & external stakeholders
- You are process driven and have strong affinity with product
- You dispose of strong analytical skills
- Good multi-tasker, organised and project management oriented
- You have excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Teams, etc)
- Proficiency in English is required, other Languages will be an asset
