Our client is looking for an employee to handle administrative tasks and internal sales. This person will play a key role in managing customer and supplier relationships, while providing operational support within the team.

Types of tasks:

Follow up on internal sales and provide daily administrative support.
Communicate effectively with French-speaking and Dutch-speaking customers and English-speaking suppliers, both orally and in writing.
Manage various documents and files using Word, Excel, and other computer tools.
Answer calls and provide excellent customer service by phone and email.
Demonstrate flexibility to support various office tasks as needed.
Working hours:

Morning: Monday to Friday from 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM
Afternoon: Monday to Thursday from 12:45 PM to 4:45 PM and Friday from 12:45 PM to 3:30 PM

Profil

We are looking for a person who:

Is trilingual (French, Dutch, English), both orally and in writing.
Is comfortable with computer tools (Word, Excel, etc.).
Has excellent interpersonal and telephone skills.
Is versatile and adaptable, able to step in where needed.
Is organized, meticulous, and service-oriented.
An English CV is required for this position due to the international work environment. Applications with an English CV will be preferred.
