The Sales Representative role is a great opportunity to leverage your sales skills and abilities in order toexpand the number of restaurants that work with our company
We are looking for someone who is natural at selling, passionate about food and enjoys negotiatingto build the best partnerships. Your primary focus will be bringing on new mid-market restaurants, and you’llleverage your skills in prospecting (emailing, cold-calling, walk-ins), negotiation and driving internal processesto set up our partnerships for success.
What You’ll Do
Leverage prospecting skills and relationships to build partnerships with the most important restaurants in yourmarkets
Manage contract negotiations aimed at establishing the foundation of a strong working relationship with
restaurant partners, including sustainable economics for both parties
Clearly communicate our value and its newest products to prospects
Achieve and consistently exceed monthly sales goals
Partner with our sales, onboarding and account management teams to smoothly activate the best restaurants
Help us identify and build best practices for your sales team and others
Develop long-term relationships with key in-region partners
Act as an ambassador of the company mission, brand, and product
Communicate constantly with prospects via email, phone, and face-to-face meetings



Profil

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in business, marketing, or a related field.
- At least 1 year of professional experience with proven experience in sales
- Excellent communication, persuasion, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to identify and provide comprehensive
solutions for varying customer needs
- Have a competitive edge and thrive in a fast-paced team environment
- Experience in proactively growing customer relationships and in demonstrating understanding of a customer's
business and needs
- Commercial proficiency: Having a great sense for spotting business opportunities and are able to transform these
opportunities into actual results
- Team player who brings a positive spirit and energy and contributes to a great culture
- Results-oriented, proactive, and highly motivated. You hustle until you get the job done
- Businee level proficiency in French, Dutch & English

Salaire entre 3000€ brut et 3200€ brut
Bonus sur vente, laptot, gsm
Abonnement train et transport en commun
Du lundi au vendredi horaire de jour entre 8h et 18h
Pas de voiture de société
Utilisation des transports en commun qui seront remboursés à 100%
