The company we are recruiting for is a global leader in the development, production, and sale of premium-quality tires for cars, trucks, industrial and agricultural vehicles, as well as aircraft. In addition to its core business, it is actively engaged in delivering innovative mobility solutions such as smart tire technologies and digital services that support safer, smarter, and more sustainable transportation worldwide.

As a Senior Executive Assistant, you will provide high-level administrative support to the SBU President and one or more Vice Presidents. Your role is critical in helping them manage their time effectively and focus on strategic tasks. You will act as a trusted point of contact, streamline communication, and ensure smooth operations across a wide range of responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:

Communication & Scheduling:

- Act as the first point of contact for internal and external communication.
- Manage calendars, prioritize appointments, and handle emails.
- Organize and prepare internal and external meetings and events, including documentation and minutes.

Travel & Expenses:

- Coordinate business travel and all related logistics.
- Handle expense reports and monitor corporate spending.

Administration & Reporting:

- Prepare reports, charts, spreadsheets, and presentations.
- Maintain databases and filing systems.
- Support audits, HR processes, and financial reporting.

Events & Visits:

- Organize visits from executives and external stakeholders.
- Assist with workshops and corporate events.

Projects & Process Improvement:

- Contribute to cost awareness and procurement efficiency.
- Participate in department KPI management and project coordination.
- Assist with HR analysis, reporting, and operational improvements.

Profiel

Languages:

- Fluent in English and French (spoken and written). Knowledge of Dutch is considered an asset.

Skills:

- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- High level of discretion and problem-solving capacity.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Positive, professional attitude and team spirit.
- Flexible, proactive, and able to work independently.

Technical Proficiency:

- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Experience with SAP, AP Workflow, WebEx, and invoicing systems is a plus.

Education & Experience:

- Post-secondary diploma in secretarial studies or equivalent required.
- 5 to 7 years of experience in a similar role, ideally in an international and industrial context.
- Experience working with senior executives (CEO, President) in a multinational company is highly preferred.
