For an international logistics company at Brucargo, we are looking for 2 warehouse agents.
Your responsibilities:

Receiving and managing drivers.

Handling documentation.
- Processing damage reports and ensuring proper follow-up.

Transferring documentation to the appropriate departments, customers, suppliers, and third parties.

Executing activities through various input systems.
- Scheduling incoming and outgoing freight.
Identifying delivered freight and labeling it (second floor of the warehouse).
- Updating systems and tracking planning and incoming and outgoing freight.

Maintaining contact with internal services via phone and email.
- Managing warehouse personnel.
- Monitoring overall processes and local procedures.

Adhering to and implementing safety, compliance, and health regulations.
- Following up on documents and ensuring their proper archiving (e.g., Edoc).

Following specific instructions for the warehouse (packaging, hazardous goods).
Profiel
- You are ready to work various hours (early, late, night, weekend, and holidays)
- You are flexible (not a 9-to-5 mentality)
- You are willing to perform other necessary tasks that are not listed in the job description
- You respect the company's standards, namely the 26 (mandatory) training hours per year
- You
have a basic knowledge of Outlook and Excel and quickly understands different input systems
- You
speak and write Dutch or French fluently
- You speak and write English fluently
- You
have a minimum of 6 months to 1 year of experience.
Aanbod
Working in shifts is mandatory.
Start times are at 5 AM, 7 AM, 9 AM, 11 AM, or 1 PM, or night shift starting at 5 PM or 9 PM.
