The mission of the Business Partnering (BP) team is to:

- Provide strategic organisation & development support to Toyota Motor Europe management and PanE Affiliate HR teams

- Drive the People & Innovation (P&I) Agenda in the business and bring business needs on the P&I agenda (understand business needs to unleash the potential of all employees)

- Be the key contacts of employees for career, development and individual issues


This position reports to the Business Partnering Manager.

Your responsibilities:

- Support the Team in various daily activities (such as data entry in PeopleSoft, onboarding and offboarding, Internal Job Posting, organisation changes, various reporting, meetings organisation, etc.)

- Champion in Business Partnering Operational Excellence with special focus on centralisation of PeopleSoft data input & maintenance and efficiency improvements to the Team’s back-end structure and processes

- Depending on the Team priorities, provide ad hoc support in the implementation and follow-up various practicality (eg. meeting organisation) of organisation & development processes (such as appraisal, career planning, (international) rotation, promotion, succession planning, employee concern handling, early retirement, etc.)

Profiel

Your profile:

- You are fluent in English (Toyota Motor Europe business language) – knowledge of Flemish or French is an asset
- You have experience in office administration and data management and can design efficient work processes
- You are proficient in Office 365 and MS Office (Excel in particular)
- You have experience with PeopleSoft and Service Now
- You have good organisation & planning skills and can work independently
- You are accurate, self-driven, efficient
- You have strong communication skills, you can visualise own work and adapt changing workload and/or task allocation easily.
- You are willing to work in an international, multicultural environment
