Join forces with our Talent Acquisition Team to conquer recruitment events and snag the perfect candidates.

People Management:

Lead by example as you oversee a team of consultants, fostering strong relationships and championing their success.
Keep your finger on the pulse with regular project check-ins, ensuring smooth sailing for both our consultants and clients.

Profil

About You:

Hold a Master’s degree in Economics, Business Management, or equivalent.
Bring a wealth of experience from the consulting industry or related fields, with a focus on sales and recruitment.
Fluent in English and proficient in either French or Dutch (bonus points for proficiency in both!).
A team player with a knack for problem-solving, customer focus, and driving results.
Eager to learn, adapt, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Possess excellent communication skills, able to navigate diverse situations and stakeholders with ease.
