We're looking for a talented Chemical / Application Engineer to offer expert advice and support to our Sales and Marketing teams, driving innovative projects in activated carbon applications.
Your Mission:
- Provide expert technical guidance to help our Sales and Marketing teams select the ideal activated carbon and adsorption systems based on customer processes and needs.
- Oversee every phase of projects, from experimental design to plant setup and operational launch.

Continuously enhance your expertise in activated carbon, adsorption systems, and related services and equipment.

Train staff on the latest advancements and applications in the field of activated carbon.
- Collaborate with the Application Engineering team to manage and coordinate full-scale projects.
- Troubleshoot and provide solutions for activated carbon adsorption and reactivation systems.

Strengthen your technical and interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with customers, sales teams, and colleagues.
Key Responsibilities:

Provide technical advice and support for activated carbon, mobile filtration systems, and reactivation services to the European Sales and Marketing teams.
- Manage laboratory tests and oversee the design, installation, and operation of pilot systems.
- Analyze test results and produce technical reports that meet customer needs.

Follow up on technical projects with customers, ensuring their satisfaction and project success.

Maintain and update the company’s technical knowledge base to reinforce its professional reputation and support.

Stay up-to-date on activated carbon applications and continuously seek product and equipment improvements.
- Keep track of competitor products and technologies, providing insights and technical support to the sales team.
- Train the European Sales and Marketing teams to enhance their technical knowledge of activated carbon and related services.
- Deepen your understanding of customer processes and applications to strengthen relationships and maintain a competitive edge.
- Present technical insights at industry conferences.
Profil
- Degree in Chemical Engineering or Biochemical Engineering.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in air, gas, water, or liquid purification (experience with activated carbon is not required but a plus).

Strong communication skills, both internally and externally.

Willingness to travel to customer sites as needed.

Proficient with Microsoft Office and related tools.

Fluent in Italian, French, and English.
