Our client in Hasselt is a leader in providing GaN-on-Si and GaN-on-SiC material solutions, enabling the next generation of Efficient Power Electronics, RF Power, and Sensor devices with a strong focus on 5G telecom devices.
III-Nitride epiwafers are deposited using MOCVD in their cleanroom facility.
Key Responsibilities:
- You will be responsible for executing one or more production and/or analysis steps using advanced process and characterization equipment.
- Monitor and take action on parameters: Contribute to the smooth running of the production line, detect any deviations, and perform basic maintenance when necessary.

Ensure safety and environmental standards: Adhere to safety procedures while working in the cleanroom environment. Handle chemicals properly, wear appropriate protective gear, and detect and avoid potential risks.
Profiel
Technical background: You have graduated with a technical diploma and demonstrated a strong interest in working in a high-tech environment.
Fluent in English and adaptable to the international environment of our client, as it involves working with colleagues from different cultures.
Any prior experience in a cleanroom setting is a strong asset.
Attention to detail: You will work with delicate and expensive materials, requiring careful handling and precision.
Autonomy: You are able to organize your work independently and efficiently.
Enthusiasm for new challenges: You enjoy taking on new challenges and thrive in a fast-growing company.
Aanbod
A full-time employee contract with a gross salary of €3,100 per month, plus €7 meal vouchers per day.
A fixed afternoon shift schedule from 12u to 20u, Monday to Friday.
Position in Hasselt.
Extensive training in day shifts (during the first 2-3 months) provided by the senior process technician to ensure you are well-prepared.
