We are looking for a customer care specialist for an international company based in Zaventem, specializing in printing solutions.
You will support the full sales cycle: from order entry to order delivery, including solving delivery and quality challenges, to managing customers account details, updating pay-out, credit limit or requests for new equipment/product, etc.

Responsibilities:
- Processing orders received online or via email, including order creation and system entry.
- Customizing and entering data for email orders to ensure accurate and tailored processing.
- Ensuring orders are correctly transferred to the warehouse and ultimately delivered to customers.
- Keeping customers informed throughout the order process.
- Contacting customers regarding outstanding invoices; orders will only be processed once outstanding amounts are paid.

Your tasks:
- You process customer orders received online or via email.
- You create and organize these orders.
- You make certain orders tailor-made.
- You ensure that orders are forwarded to the warehouse so they can be prepared and delivered to the customer.
- You keep customers informed throughout the entire process.
- If there are outstanding invoices, you ensure the order is not processed until the invoices are paid. This includes contacting the customer to settle the payments first.

Profiel

Your profile:
- You speak English and Polish fluently.
- You have a minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in customer care.
- You have experience working with ERP systems knowledge of Salesforce or similar systems is an advantage (Miraclon uses M3)
- You are client-oriented and focused on delivering excellent service.

Personality:
- Flexibility to work in an environment with complex processes.
- Willingness to accept and efficiently work within the existing proced
