For the most delicious cookie producer, we are looking for electromechanics.
As an electromechanic, you will be responsible for independently resolving and performing electrical, mechanical, and pneumatic repair, maintenance, and investment tasks on the bulk equipment and dough and cream preparation installations in order to ensure proper storage, handling, and supply of ingredients.
Your tasks:
- You troubleshoot (mechanical, electrical, ...) malfunctions on the bulk installation and dough and cream preparation installations; call the appropriate department if necessary and provide support.
- You carry out construction and optimization work on the machines, take measurements, and manufacture/assemble parts.
- You perform safety work (e.g., check the operation of safety features, adjust securities, notify the appropriate person(s) of irregularities).
- You conduct revisions and preventive maintenance on machines, perform inspection rounds in the bulk department and on the dough and cream preparation installations.
- You voluntarily participate as a key technician in investment works in the bulk department according to a prepared plan; be part of the project group. (e.g., The new creamery)
- You perform administrative tasks (e.g., record the work carried out and the identified faults in machines (inspections), fill out work orders, ...)
- You actively participate in improvement working groups and transfer knowledge and skills to colleagues.
- You keep the work area and accessories clean and tidy.
Profiel
Who are we looking for?
- You have a pronounced sense of safety.
- You have a diploma in electromechanics (TSO), supplemented with several years of experience.
- You have a thorough mechanical knowledge and skill (Revision - bearings, seals, .. -mechanical maintenance).
- You have a thorough electrical knowledge and skill (electrical safety regulations, reading schematics, troubleshooting).
- You have a thorough knowledge and skill of frequency converters.
- You have a basic knowledge of PLCs.
- You are willing to continuously learn and have a positive attitude.
- You have good analytical skills and think in a solution-oriented manner.
- You are resilient to stress and a good team player.
- You are proficient in MS Office.
- You preferably have a certificate for working with electrical installations (BA4, BA5) or are willing to obtain these.
- You preferably have a certificate for driving a forklift and scissor lift.
- You are willing to work in a full continuous system.
- You are willing to learn Dutch
- You are flexible.
