We are looking for an Electromechanical Technician Energy for the tastiest cookie manufacturer.
As an Energy Technician, you will perform preventive technical tasks on HVAC installations, compressed air systems, gas combustion systems, etc. You will solve (cooling/heating systems, electrical, mechanical, ...) malfunctions in energy and production installations.
Your responsibilities:
- Perform preventive technical tasks on HVAC installations, compressed air systems, gas combustion systems, pumps, etc.
- Resolve malfunctions (cooling/heating systems, electrical, mechanical, ...) in energy and production installations.
- Carry out repair, construction, and optimization work on energy and production installations, as well as heated piping systems for production.
- Conduct safety work and alert the appropriate personnel in case of irregularities.
- Perform revisions and preventive maintenance on machines, such as inspections, replacement of parts, sealing leaks in pipes, etc.
- Maintain the burners (e.g. Weishaupt burners) for the ovens.
- Work voluntarily as a key technician on investment projects in the energy and manufacturing departments according to a prepared plan, possibly being part of a project team.
- Report to the Technical Manager for Energy.
Profiel
Who you are:
- You have a diploma in electromechanics, HVAC, or equivalent experience.
- You possess technical insight.
- You have basic knowledge of cooling systems, mechanics, electricity, and electronics.
- You have knowledge of gas burner adjustments and controls.
- You may hold G1-G2-G3 certificates.
- Specific knowledge of Weishaupt burners is a plus.
- You have knowledge of welding (semi-automatic and TIG welding of steel, stainless steel, and aluminum).
- You are precise, work safely, and are aware of safety regulations.
- You are a great team player.
