Responsibilities:
• You will manage the recruitments based on internal processes and practices.
• Hold intake meetings with hiring managers to define the job description and bring together a selection panel for each vacancy.
• Posting of vacancies on-line.
• Conduct initial screening of candidates.
• Coordinate internal communication about the vacancy with the hiring manager and selection panel.
• Coordinate and sending out case studies to candidates.
• Setting up interviews.
• Providing feedback to candidates.
• Managing the recruitment e-mail box.
• Updating the recruitment dashboard (KPI’s, status etc).

- As a Recruiter you will help support the HR team with its many vacancies.
- You are responsible for the efficient and effective recruitment process for vacancies both in Belgium and in the various countries where we operates.
- From the first discussion with hiring managers on the role to informing candidates that they got the job!

Profil

vous avez un bachelor
vous parlez FR et Anglais parfaitement
vous avez déjà une 1ère expérience dans le recrutement
vous êtes à l'aise avec les nouvelles technologies
Vous maitrisez MS Office

Offre

une mission d'intérim pour quelques mois
horaire de 9 à 17h
salaire entre 2500 et 2800€ brut suivant expérience
