- Provide express shipments in accordance with the policies and procedures agreed with the customer.
- Validate shipping request
- checking proforma invoices
- Communicate to the customer when receiving shipping requests and in case of insufficient documentation
- Flagging irregularities or incompleteness on the transport documents.
- Point of contact for making quotations for non-standard shipping requests
- Checking minimum stocks for packaging material and making orders where necessary
- Receiving, packing and registering raw materials / products to be shipped from the BIC site.
- Follow-up and creation of missing documents at the request of the customer
- Taking care of the required general administration
- Communicate with the relevant departments.
Profil
- Minimum A2 diploma, Bachelors are equally eligible or relevant experience.
- Experience and / or training in chemistry is an additional plus,
- Good knowledge of English (both written and spoken) is required
- Good MS Office skills, expert knowledge of Excel is a plus
- Being able to work independently and in a disciplined manner
- Knowledge of systems such as CISPRO, SharePoint are a plus
- Candidates with at least a limited shipping experience are preferred
