You follow a training path from production employee to full operator. During your induction period, your interests and talents will be mapped out. Based on this, you will be given a position in production in which you will excel.
You are responsible for a smooth production process:
- You operate and set up the machines.
- You ensure that raw and packing materials are always present
- You will perform visual and quality checks
