Job Description: Office Assistant
Responsibilities:
General Office Support: Familiar with general office practices and tasks to support the business.
Math Aptitude: Possess mathematical skills for various tasks.
Scheduling: Provide real-time scheduling support by booking appointments and preventing conflicts.
Office Equipment: Operate standard office equipment, such as copiers, calculators, adding machines, etc.
Filing Systems: Familiar with various filing systems.
Accuracy and Speed: Ability to work quickly and accurately while performing repetitive tasks, paying close attention to detail.
Flexibility: Demonstrate flexibility and willingness to adapt to new responsibilities and changes in the work environment.
Independence: Work independently on routine and recurring aspects of an assignment.
Word Processing: Perform various word processing functions, such as creating, formatting, revising, retrieving, and storing documents (MS Office products).
Communication Skills: Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Problem Solving and Multitasking: Exhibit problem-solving skills and ability to multitask.
Collaboration: Work effectively with others.
Professional Communication: Maintain polite and professional communication via phone, email, and mail.

Requirements:
Education: Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent.
Experience: Previous experience in a similar role is a plus.
Skills: Familiarity with MS Office products, such as Word, Excel, and Outlook.
