What will you do?
As a key member of the Services Team, you will play an essential role in improving service offerings and supporting customers. You will manage the services subscription portfolio from sales to expiration, handling income, costs, operational performance, and marketing activities.
Your responsibilities include:
- Preparing weekly and monthly service performance reports.
- Verifying and approving costs related to assistance cases.

Processing invoices for internal services and external providers.
- Maintaining and updating service-related support materials.
- Taking on additional administrative tasks to support the team when needed.

The team develops and maintains premium assistance services to ensure that the customers stay on the road and receive the high-quality experience they expect. They are a small, dynamic, and diverse team that collaborates closely to achieve outstanding results together.
Profiel
- Strong communication skills in English (both written and spoken).
