In this role, you will be responsible for the daily management and coordination of our production activities. You will lead a team of production employees and ensure that operational goals regarding efficiency, quality, and safety are met.
Your Responsibilities:

Developing and monitoring production and staffing plans.
-Effectively managing production processes with a focus on safety and quality.
-Coaching and guiding employees to maximize their potential.
-Motivating and leading a production team.
-Continuously striving for improvements in production processes.
-Analyzing performance metrics and ensuring optimization.
Profiel
We are looking for a proactive and communicative Supervisor with attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
You possess good judgment and remain calm under pressure. Additionally, you are confident in making decisions to achieve set objectives and view challenges as opportunities.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to coach your team effectively.
Proficient in using Office applications.
Flexible and motivated to start early and work until the end of the day.
Knowledge from French and English.
Experience in a responsible role and ready to lead a team.
Working Hours:
-4 hours and 55 minutes for the cutting rooms
-
13 hours for packaging
-4-day workweek starting at 9 AM, with a fixed day off during the week.
