Job summary:
The support engineer provides administrative and functional support to internal and external customers and assists in the daily operations to ensure the smooth and efficient running of the department. You will be responsible for coordinating various administrative tasks, managing documentation, and assisting the technical team with their day-to-day needs.
Key responsibilities:
Monitor, report and follow-up development status
Monitor and report status of data creation
Monitor and follow-up approvals of stakeholders in MicroSoft Teams
Coordinate communication between different departments and external stakeholders.
Assist in the preparation of presentations, reports, and other technical documents
Initiate and follow-up of Purchase orders towards external suppliers
Order and receive parts from Toyota warehouse
General support activities during product evaluations

Profiel
Your profile:
Master or Bachelor degree in Engineering or Business Administration.
Fluent in English (Toyota Motor Europe’s business language), additional European language skills are an asset.
Experience in an administrative role, in a technical or engineering environment, preferably linked to automotive technology.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Ability to learn new tools, systems and procedures.
Ability to connect with different stakeholders.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
